Members of our IEP review team include certified BCBA experts, special education teachers, guidance counselors, job coaches, psychologists, school administrators, social workers, and transition specialists. An invaluable service provided by Instructional Ingenuity, all IEPs are reviewed by at least three experienced educators. The services we offer include:
- Ensuring that student IEPs are in complete congruence and written to reflect accordance of the New York State Education Department's rules and regulations
- Standardized testing and evaluation services to determine student strengths and weaknesses, which can be used to help determine potential needs, goals, and eligible accommodations and/or services
- Recommendations for how student IEPs can be improved to further promote student success

Our transition team has extensive knowledge and expertise identifying the supports needed to help students achieve post-secondary success. We offer:
- Transition program review and development
- Career exploration services
- Job coaching and mentoring services
- Travel training
- Post-secondary guidance and support services
- Support working with outside agencies such as ACCES-VR and OPWDD
- Recommendations for achieving the CDOS Commencement Credential
